FiatRexa Protocol Overview

For developers

If you are a developer interested in participating in the FiatRexa protocol, please join the discord, and create a forum account (TBA, and will be linked here when available, for now, please use the discord). You will be able to address various projects and we will be able to forward you opportunities which your profile is a match for. But you can apply for any bounty, whoever the DAO selects as the best solution to the respective bounty/problem, receives the award. Bounties should have KPI's and clear quantified metrics of what success look like. If you think something is missing, or should be added, add it to the bounty and the DAO will vote to approve the modification. Participate in discussions in the community to build up your reputation and help others know and trust you more. We are going to work on GitHub & Linkedin integrations so you do not have to copy and paste information back and forth; but rather, link these accounts so we can dynamically pull and sync information to your FiatRexa account. This will allow your skills to be listed and picked-up so that they can be matched to bounties. Work inside of the protocol is done in a bounty manner, this means we do not care about hours, we care about productivity. If you are effective and currently exploited in traditional systems, you will find this system and methodology substantially more rewarding. If you are new and not productive, you will not find closed doors here, you will have the opportunity to freely compete. But you will not be paid from the value produced by the productive simply for clocking in. This is a fair and equitable environment that is not commonly found in traditional systems. It allows the productive to produce and be rewarded without prejudices like ageism, sexism, racism, nor any other 'ism'. This is a meritocracy. A rare gem in a world where merit is often punished and ridiculed. We do not care who you are, where you come from, or any other superficial garbage; if you want to build value for others, for everyone, and get compensated in a manner that is directly linked to the value you create, then we welcome you.
