The FiatRexa project has outlined a comprehensive roadmap detailing the key milestones and development goals for the platform. This roadmap includes the development and launch of the FiatRexa protocol

First Milestone: FiatRexa Token Smart Contract & C.FiatRexa Staking Smart Contract

1. Research and development (done)

   • Built with Solidity

   • Deployed to Ethereum and Binance Chain (ERC20 and BEP20 standards)

2. Internal testing (on-going)

   • Discord set-up for initial community & DAO members

3. Initial deployment

   • Deployed to Ethereum and BNB Chain with a proxy address

   • Proxy for updates

   • Distribution of initial tokens

4. Website and MVP Token Sale Mechanism

   • Website setup

   • Engaged third-party security firm for audit

   • Smart contract improvements based on audit

   • Finalized smart contract deployment on Ethereum

   • Token distribution plan established (done)

Second Milestone: FiatRexa MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

1. Design and development

   • Core components: decentralized exchange, oracle systems, tokenized fiat currency smart contracts

   • DAO mechanisms for voting and decision-making

2. Integration

   • Integration of FiatRexa token and C.FiatRexa staking smart contracts with FiatRexa protocol

3. Testing

   • Internal testing for functionality, security, and performance

4. Public testnet

   • Launched for FiatRexa MVP

   • User and developer participation invited for testing and feedback

5. Iteration

   • Iterations based on feedback and insights from the testnet phase

6. Deployment

   • Official launch on Ethereum & BNBChain mainnets

Third Milestone: CADtf (Tokenized Canadian Dollar)

1. Regulatory research (done)

2. Engagement with Canadian entities (on-going)

3. CADtf smart contract development

   • Internal testing

   • Third-party security audit

   • Addressing security vulnerabilities

4. Deployment and integration

   • CADtf smart contract deployed on Ethereum & BNBChain

   • Integrated with FiatRexa protocol

5. Partnerships

   • Establish partnerships with Canadian financial institutions, exchanges, and businesses

By the end of the third milestone, the FiatRexa protocol will have a fully functional MVP, a tokenized Canadian Dollar (CADtf) integrated within the platform, and the initial FiatRexa token and C.FiatRexa staking smart contracts. This foundation will set the stage for further expansion of the platform, including the addition of more tokenized fiat currencies and use cases.

Ultimately an active list of milestones will be maintained, and viewable via the DApp allowing everyone to observe, and opt to apply amendments to the milestones as per the DAO’s approvals.
